In finale2012 they're in the mixer - click "window" - "mixer"

[Finale] Individual Instrument Volume Control

Finale 2014.5

I am writing a work for choir and organ.  With the dynamics set the same 
for voices and organ, the result via VST Aria Player has the organ 
overpowering the choir.  I can only see overall controls for volume; 
where are the controls for the individual instruments?
