Hey Richard, I found the problem! I had unchecked the 'entry' in the 'items to copy' menu from MassEdit. After checking 'entry', everything works again. Hi Richard, Thanks for the quick reply. I set up the song through the setup wizard which gave me a notation staff on top and a tab staff below. Used simple entry to put in the notation, selected the notation, dragged the highlight down to the tab staff which showed the black outline in the tab staff, released the mouse button andnothing happens. This just started happening about a week ago. Been hastling with it for a lot of hours to no avail. I have my same WinFin 2006 program at work which works fine. Had to notate at home and make the tab at work which is a hastle too. Just not sure what I might have checked or unchecked to cause this problem. Any ideas? Thanks again for your help.
