In the tuplet definition box, uncheck the box under Appearance that says Break slur or bracket. You'll probably also want to adjust the position of the tuplet number so it doesn't collide. Then to apply that definition to existing tuplets, select a range of measures with Mass Edit and do Mass Edit | Change | Tuplets | Reset | OK.
