[Fink-devel] relocating info file
Hi, I would like to move the package biopython-py from /sci to /libs/ pythonmods. Is there an easy way to do this in cvs, or should I remove, add and re-commit it? thanks, - Koen. - Check out the new SourceForge.net Marketplace. Re: [Fink-devel] relocating info file
Well, not lost per se, since cvs keeps a history of dead files, too. If you've made a commit note about having relocated it then it shouldn't be too hard to figure out. I don't think the section change will really have much impact on users that already have .deb files. Should I worry about local deb files that are already in the /sci tree, or will fink recognize those even though they are in a different location? - Koen. -Original Message- From: Daniel Macks [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Jan 10, 2008 10:44 AM To: fink-devel@lists.sourceforge.net Subject: Re: [Fink-devel] relocating info file On Thu, Jan 10, 2008 at 06:22:32AM -0500, Koen van der Drift wrote: Hi, I would like to move the package biopython-py from /sci to /libs/ pythonmods. It might be worthwhile trying to start with a fresh Terminal session, and to also study the environment, i.e. the result of: printenv to see if any unusual flags are set. For me, the result of printenv | grep FLAG was: CFLAGS=-I/sw/include LDFLAGS=-L/sw/lib CXXFLAGS=-I/sw/include CPPFLAGS=-I/sw/include ACLOCAL_FLAGS=-I /sw/share/aclocal If your flags are different, it might be worthwhile to find out why, and to temporarily disable the cause. -- Kevin Horton Ottawa, Canada - Check out the new SourceForge.net Marketplace.
