Just because it's a known _problem_ doesn't mean that the _solution_ is
known.  It's a problem with 64-bit assembler code, according to

Did not ask for a refund but thank you. :-) I just wanted to (and did)
mention that the 32-bit variant is a good replacement as far as
functionality (if not dependencies) is concerned.

I don't know why my change would have caused this, since the compilation
should be the same, but it didn't help 64-bit anyways, so I'll put it
all back.
