Yeah, I did the same in Jaybird: skipped implementation of protocol 14.

IIRC, the only real change in protocol 14 was the inclusion of the int32 
p_cc_reply in the op_crypt_key_callback.

In a nutshell, what changed in protocol 15 compared to 13? Is it only the early 
crypt key callback? 

And I suppose there's not much into protocol 14, right?
