Yes,
and is quite readable, although I would replace "incidents" with 
"events" and "selected stored procedure" with "selectable stored procedure".

Well, that looks pretty good! The word 'incident' is used wrongly here, but 
that's not an English language error -- it's an SQL lingo matter. Same goes for 
'selected' instead of 'selectable' stored procedures.

And a possible typo: 'database' instead of 'databases' or 'a database'.

Just my 2 (non-English) cents...
