Open a terminal window, and use something like: /path/to/flex/stuff/mxmlc my.mxml If you don't want to type the full path each time, you can add the directory mxmlc lives in to your $PATH; See http://forums.macosxhints.com/archive/index.php/t-686.html for discussion on how to.
