Hey guys I know it's been brought up time and again but i can't seem to find anything in the archives (they end at 2007) Could someone point me at a decent rundown (or give their personal preference) of why a flash developer would get into developing in Flex? We are looking at it in our studio and, while we can certainly see the benefit of some of the display components, we're having discussions as to whether you would use the mx:Application node to call a flash init and carry on exactly as we would do now or whether you should try and dig into the mxml and learn to use that properly.
