definetely Location it really DOES matters :) hehe because in Mexico ( where i live ) 30K a year its a well paid job... 30 k is pretty low...but yeah it depends on location. you say you have extensive IT experience, but do you have proven flash/flex expereince? that would make a big difference as well.
