I have some wonderful remote help already, but I need a full-time person to work more closely with me in my office. 2-4 years solid experience in the web world. Flash/PHP/CSS/Javascript and a touch of mySQL. Excellent client skills. Creative. Sense of humor. Expect a relaxed, fun environment. Expect to work with some seriously talented people. Your would probably appreciate my very diverse clients. From Marilyn Manson to the Baltimore Basilica. The experience you gain would be invaluable.
