Use drag'n'drop to do it and actually with Flex 2.0 if you look at the docs, it 
does it by itself. You just set both lists as the source and destination and 
you will be able to drag''n'drop items back and forth.

Does Flex Builder 2 have built in a "Select List" widget, that allows
you to move items horizontally between two "boxes"? See this image:
