Even if you load notepad, and type the filename by hand into it's File, Open 
dialogue ?!?

Hi Tom, thanks for your advice,

Problem solved, but i think this is some kind of a bug.
Yes i checked the file permission and everything, Windows just didn't
allow editing a file without a name ( it was .actionscriptproperties)
I had to run into Linux, edit this file manually, update my modules and
project settings accordingly in that xml file and reopens my project in
FB.
If there will be further project setting changes, I still have to rely
to Linux and redo my steps.
Hope there will be solutions to this.
