Tom this is a quite problem of overwrite files in the last files you've used in Flex Builder beta programFor sure, unistall your Flex Builder manually and than install again.Regards. Only suggestion for the moment is to try to increase the available memory. In the Flex Builder 2 directory I believe is a config file where youll see the Xmx512M and you can change that to be something bigger (like 1024M). How many projects do you have open, can you reduce those? The suggestion to check Teds blog was a good one as well. Performance is definitely something well be investigating further in Flex 3.
