The hardware that I get the fatal error on is my laptop, a 1 Ghz AMD Duron
with S3 Graphics Twister Video and onboard audio. I tried standard VGA mode,
and updated video drivers but I still got the error. Versions prior to pre 8
work fine.
My Desktop works fine with with pre 8 and does not get the fatal error. It
is a 1GHZ PIII with with ATI 128 pro Video and Delta 44 Sound card. It does
however get the error when I connect to it via Remote Desktop, which does
not occur with verisons prior to preview 8.

I see a common thread here. I am running an AMD Athlon 64 bit
processor. I have both .NET 1.1 (it is embedded in Win2003) and 2.0.
My video card is also a NVIDIA GEforce 6200. And last but not least,
the Delta 44.
I wonder if it is hardware?

Running AMD 1.2Gig with 500 meg. Have both .net 1.1 and 2.0 in machine.
Only other software running is D44 and zone alarm (firewall). Both

Abyway the SDR has it's own computer.
Must be something simple and some one will point out
what we did wrong.

What did I do wrong!!
ran the .exe file like all the others. It made a directory and
installed itself. Clicked on the ICON on the desktop and Fatal Error

says Object reference no set to an instance of an object.
at PowerSDR.display.Init()
at PowerSDR.Console.initConsol() etc etc.
First time using PowerSDR that this happened to me. Preview 7
works
OK as well as all the others.
Any Suggestions?
