I'm not sure how easy it would be, but I guess that is should be possible since we had an option to turn off texturing for the terrain for quite some time. [Flightgear-devel] FGFS - latest CVS summary - no news
Today's CVS checkout of: OpenAL, PLIB, SimGear, FlightGear and Base package. On my usual laptop, everything works fine as normal in both configurations: Config 1= fglrx driver for ATI9600, Kernel 2.4, Debian Testing, 32 bit x86 Config 2= xfree86 unaccelerated, Kernel 2.6, Debian Unstable, pure 64 bit I'd observe that it would be nice to turn _off_ texturing of the models, both the aircraft I'm sitting in and the AI aircraft around the airport, and turn _on_ texturing for the head up display (needed for PLIB fonts). That would make it much easier to fly with unaccelerated 3D drivers... ___ Flightgear-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.flightgear.org/mailman/listinfo/flightgear-devel
