Which version of JSBSim are you using? Is it the one currently in FlightGear
CVS?
You'll need to tell me more about your aircraft/propeller config files (or

1/ That message is given with JSB 9.7
During convert from old xml to new xml
2/ That message is given with FG CVS
During start run.
It appear on every A/C which are multi engine-propeller,
you can find it with current FG A/C = c310, Boeing314.
I get the same message with my own Beech18-C47.
If you answer what must be done on c310 i will get the answer for mine.
May be, the cause is
the description in AC_ENGINE
engine 0 refer to file aircraft_engine.xml
propeller 0refer to file aircraft_prop.xml
engine 1 refer to __the_same_file aircraft_engine.xml
propeller 1 refer to __the_same_file aircraft_prop.xml
