Menu placement has been a bit of hitch (as always). This system is kde and there are variations in configuration even (especially) between distros using the same version of kde. So far I've included two category paths Edutainment/Miscellaneous and (gasp!) Games/Arcade. I will add any other categories to the desktop file for folks running default menu configurations on their distros that offer better placement. The Mac OS X package is now available from http://macflightgear.sourceforge.net/ I wrote a small wxPython app which is included. For now it allows you to choose the aircraft and airport.
