Have you tried --fdm=ufo?  It can go backwards.  Just want to check if 
you've done something that's already there.

Hmm ... I see that it isn't mentioned in the --help.  Ooops.  But it 
does exist.

Sounds great -- send them to me and I'll take a look.  I prefer
patches against the current CVS from the top-level source directory,
i.e.

  cvs diff -u > new-fdms.dif

I'm with extended family this weekend, so delays are possible.

I wrote my own little playback routine (so I can
replay flights from a .csv file).  Do you all have
plans to incorporate such a thing in FlightGear?
I can run forward or backward using the joystick
to control the speed.
