I've seen the connection get refused on rare occasions, usually a re-try fixes the problem. I'm not sure if it's a dns issue (where your lookup fails?), or my server dropping connections under high load, or something else. I had this morning at least a half an hour outage, a connection refused on the pserver port, so it is not a DNS issue. Vassilii I had the same problem with FG CVS last night - tried for 2 hours and gave up. I got a connection refused to flightgear.org as well. Both are working fine now.
