Re: [Flightgear-devel] Extending weather scenarios - W as: Visibility and ceiling options broken?

 - I like the scenario chooser, but after choosing a scenario it would
pop back to live metar every time I transitioned from one metar area to
another. The gui should toggle real-weather-fetch on and off.
Fixed. Thanks for reporting.

Hi Ron
 - I like the scenario chooser, but after choosing a scenario it would
pop back to live metar every time I transitioned from one metar area to
another. The gui should toggle real-weather-fetch on and off.
It actually does (or should do?) this. I had a disable-real-weather-fetch in
my first version but found it obsolete since selecting a scenario other
than Real World should allways imply this.
Maybe I didn't do that right. I will look into that.

 - All scenarios give altimeter only in millibars when our instrument
setting dialog only accepts/shows inHg. Perhaps we could add the A
 in the remarks section?
That's a good point and I'll change it for consitency reasons. Some kind of
preferences dialog just pops into my mind, allowing the user to select
inHg/hPa, degC/degF etc. for input dialogs...

 - Not sure the difference between apply and apply-instant?
Instant-Apply sets the weather immediately while Apply does it slowly with
only small changes. If you Apply noninstantly in flight, rapid wind or
pressure changes may make your aircraft unflyable.
