So, maybe i've missed something, some existing solution to stream view image (better as raw rgb data) over network or to external application, without use of external hardware? Thanks for answer. Presently on Linux, I'm using recordmydesktop to output in OGG/Theora format to a named pipe, which I then pipe to oggfwd to an IceCast server where it can be viewed via web. If this sounds like it would work for you, I can provide some details. -Reagan -- Enable your software for Intel(R) Active Management Technology to meet the growing manageability and security demands of your customers. One possible external solution would be to use something like vnc or goto-meeting or even skype which allow remote viewing of your desktop over the network. You won't get fast update rates though since these tools are not optimized for full screen games. Re: [Flightgear-devel] FlightGear view capture
Thanks for answers, unfortunatly, both solutions not applicable for me, as i want use this data as input for my app, for simulation. But seems that i was fast with my words about mentioned patch, i just tried to apply it, and it's ok, now i wait the end of build process. I hope it will be succesfull, if not i'll try fix it. -- WBR Olekѕandr Lavruschenko-- Enable your software for Intel(R) Active Management Technology to meet the growing manageability and security demands of your customers.
