Hi Bruce,

        If you're trying to post a bug about the Fldigi software,
        you're posting in the wrong place.

        fltk (where you're posting now) is a graphics toolkit library
        that the Fldigi software probably uses to draw its graphics,
        but we don't manage the actual Fldigi software here.

        You'll want to report bugs in the Fldigi software with the
        folks that maintain it.

        I googled around for Fldigi, and although I couldn't really find
        a clear bug report procedure, according to the README file that
        comes with its source from this page: http://www.w1hkj.com/download.html
