I dont know. I just heard the term
for the first time a couple months ago. Somebody asked me for a short elevator
explanation to something or another (maybe even fluxus). The idea being
to explain something as completely as possible in no more time than one would
spend in a typical elevator ride.

I don't think there is an "exactly Fluxus" 
which means that 
there is really really only"approximately Fluxus" Fluxus thus being 
a matter of degree. Yes, these days with regard to 
Fluxus that 
makes a nice pun.
