Making a native win32 binary out of FOP

Hi List.
 
I would like to distribute FOP with my application, 
but I don't want to force people to install 5,4 MB worth of JRE.
 
Do any of you have experience regarding translation 
of FOP into an .exe-file (+ some .dll's probably) that will run directly from a win32 platform? Some sort of 
Java->win32 "wrapper" is acceptable, as long as it doesn't force us to 
install the JRE.

Aligning text left and right on same line

Hello list!

A question was raised recently, but I didn't see the answer, so I will ask
it again:
Is it possible in FOP to have a line with text aligned both left and right,
for example by using


  Text 1
  Text 2


If yes, how?

The above example is taken (and edited slightly) from the XML Bible, 2nd
edition, chapter 18 that is freely available here:
