No need to apologize for your efforts!! FOP has saved my skin many
times over. I've carved out a nice little niche for myself creating
quality looking documents in hours instead of days timeframes. Each
report lets me be a little more creative.
You would be very proud to see how we are using FOP in our document
flow. Just-in-time document preparation output to PDF (HTML previews
via Xalan). Access to each document is controlled by a database access
control. Data is pulled together from several different database
sources, even some .Net sources!
No more out-of-date MS-Word e-mail attachments flying around the
company into unauthorized hands and filling up the mail server for
years.
