It's no problem if you write the difficult parts in german in addition to the english text for the general audience. We've done that before and it avoids many possible problems. Nobody will be upset if you do that. On 20.05.2003 19:15:51 Rodolfo M. Raya wrote: On Tue, 2003-05-20 at 13:27, Daniela Würthinger wrote: - Can FOP produce PDF including trim marks? Yes, you can print crop marks with FOP. Just a little elaboration: Yes, but not as a direct function, only by using SVG or table-cell borders, for example. - Can FOP produce PDF including prepress parameters, like for example overprinting? No, that's not possible yet. I prepare PDF files for printing using FOP and the only problem I had so far was due to an embedded font not recognized by the Mac used in the print house. Now, this is interesting. Have you reported that to the list? I'm interested to hear about things like these. I thought, all these problems were solved by now. Hi Jeremias, I didn't report this to the list. The problem happened with a custom version of FOP derived from 0.20.5rc2. I thought it was a problem in the printing house side. They processed several files created using the same custom version of FOP without problems before that. Regards, Rodolfo -- Rodolfo M. Raya [EMAIL PROTECTED] Heartsome Holdings Pte.
