Trial version was installed onto the VM too I take it? So maybe your profile was replaced with the trial version. I suggest you get a chat session going with an Adobe tech and sit back and get comfortable. Hi Framers, After my IT folks botched it, I must uninstall the trial version of FM2019 without damaging the still-functional FMv11 that runs in my virtual Windows 7. (The trial either tries to launch, shows the splash screen for a bit, then shuts down; or opens with the "trial expired" message, then will not accept any credentials/codes I enter even though the full version was installed and running a year ago) No search engine (including Adobe's) gets past promotional and not-my-version results. It's one of the reasons I gave up on FM. On one occasion in a hotel room, spending 12 hours with Adobe techs trying to enable license authentication because it thought I was still in the US, when I was in Nelson, NZ. So many others... Frame has started to misbehave (again). This time it happens when I use the Publish functionality to create Responsive HTML. To reproduce this, do the following: 1. In an open document, click File > Publish. 2. Click the Change Settings button on the Publish dialog. 3. On the drop-down menu that displays, click Edit. the Publish Settings dialog displays. 4. Click anywhere in the Edit dialog. At this point the Edit dialog will vanish, and the main Frame window will become unresponsive. You can't even click the X button in the corner to close it.
