First do a shift/save all, then a shift/close all.

If you're using a version of Frame with an Undo feature, and you're 
seeing an OK to clear history? dialog for every file you save, try 
clearing this check box:

File  Preferences  General  Show warnings while clearing history

If you shift-alt-f, s before shift/close all, you won't be prompted. That many 
files will still take a long time to save, though.

Maybe one of the developers on the list has some insight...?!

click the File menu. Notice that you have 3 new options: Save All, Close All
and one other I can't remember.
