Beth,
Some
Mac fonts won't be available on the PC, so you might get font substitutions when
you open the files. As long as you have "Remember Missing Font Names" checked,
no permanent damage will be done. You will work on the documents with fonts
available on your machine, then the Mac fonts will be used again when the client
opens the files. I have successfully done this in the past.
