Hello,

If someone could please help me, I'm having trouble turning on one specific
conditional tag within my Frame 9 book and files. The properly conditionalized
text does exist in the file (exists in all the files within this book), but for
some reason, the tag is not showing up in my "Show/Hide Conditional Text" work
window so I cannot apply it/turn it on. I have worked successfully with
conditionalized text in several books and files and this is the first time this
has happened. Help?

Thanks.

Help: Visited Links Are Multi-Colored

2013-01-25 Thread Keith Hansen
Hello,

I'm using FrameMaker 11 and RoboHelp 10 in Technical Communication Suite 4. My
RoboHelp project is linked to my FrameMaker book.

I'm using a CSS with my RoboHelp project. When users click on hyperlinks in
WebHelp, I want unvisited (unclicked) links to be one color (green) and visited
(clicked) links to be another color (purple). I have the following in my CSS:

a:link {color:#006600;} /* unvisited link */
a:visited {color:#4C00BC;} /* visited link */

Most of the visited links in RoboHelp do turn to purple, but not all. Some
visited links are partially purple (the underline for the link turns to
purple), but the text stays green.

Any ideas why this happens? Or how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Yours,

Keith

All of the files within the book already had the conditions and
conditionalized text but most of the files did not recognize the
presence of a particular condition I needed to turn on. What I did was
import the conditional tag settings from one of the "correctly behaving"

I selected all the files within the book before trying to turn on the
