[Frameworks] Mirror for camera Pathe Webo 16mm

2024-03-18 Thread Quentin Darcq
Hello Folks,

Someone in an other mailing list is asking this interesting question
regarding Pathé Webo 16mm camera with no answer for the moment. I guess
somebody had to deal with this issue in the past.

Hello,

I'm writing to find out if anyone has broken and replaced the viewfinder
mirror (which one is in front of the film window) on a Pathé Webo camera,
16mm.

I'm trying to find where I can get this type of mirror, which is very
thin...

I hope you can give me some precious tips <3

[Frameworks] Films with double perf

2023-05-25 Thread Quentin Darcq
Hello Frameworkers,

Do you know if the Bell & Howell Filmo 70 takes double perfored films or it
is single-edge perfored ?

As for films with double perforation, I only know so far the Fomapan black
and white reversal. As far as I know, there is no option of color
with double perf ? Do you know if there are other options or not ?

Thanks in advance

Is there any PDF file of the whole Canyon Cinema catalog ? I know that in
the late 90s, a print catalog existed. I guess this printed catalog doesn't
exist anymore nowadays.

I would like to browse the films and synopsis but offline.

Thank you.

Last chance before it will be trashed,

free 35mm Steenbeck, not in working condition.
A fuse blew and I found a piece of electeonics being not connected, it used
to be in working condition and reliable, I don't know who killed it while
running it and how (I believe somebody was running contact prints with it),
but I believe should be repairable if you throughly check it.
Belts need to be replaced sooner than later, they are crackly.
Inside is clean as I cleaned it when I got it and it still is quite clean.
Needs new machine oil as I accidentally unscrewed the plug and gave the
table an oil bath ;-) Oil looked mint, so engine should be fine.

Needs to be selfpickup & self carry in Vienna, Austria this Month
Needs to be carried over a set of steep stairs out of the the basement by
you, I can't help.

would be happy if it didn't haveto go to trash because I think it can be
fixed with medium effort (nobody who checked it, it was assumed it was dead
without even checking the fuses, so good chance it is only a minor
electronic issue)
