[Frameworks] Windex Developing 35 still film

Dear All,
I saw some wisp of this on instagram, but couldn't quite follow the
thread:  people dunking still 35mm cartridges in WINDEX (maybe in the
sun???) to process?  Can't find anything about it on the web... Any advice?

Thanks, Tara.  Weird that a *heavy* take up reel would make it take up
better!  But what we love about film is the counter intuitive magical part
of it, right?
