[Frameworks] Looking for Lenses for short throw on 16mm Eiki projectors
Hello, I am wondering if anyone can recommend lenses (or sell me lenses) to achieve a short throw on a 16mm Eiki slot load projector? I need two ideally. We're getting ready to do a performance and some of the venues are small. Mirrors and magnifying glasses are an option but would rather not. Any recommendations are appreciated! Any thoughts? I'd be grateful for any suggestions, also on films that embrace non-mechanical means of transportation and revision the concept of mobility - as implied by the broad definition of the aforementioned genres. [Frameworks] Cosmic Rays call for films
Hello filmmakers! I’m writing to spread the word that Cosmic Rays is accepting submissions. This year the festival is hosting Naomi Uman and curator and film programmer Rachael Rakes. Stay tuned for more announcements about two expanded cinema performances. Cosmic Rays screens work that: Experiments with the formal possibilities of film and video. Explores hybrid forms and the hard-to-describe spaces between filmmaking modes and genres. Speaks with a personal or poetic voice, or explores novel ways of telling stories. Eschews convention and commerce. Has utopian aspirations and weird friends. Submit through Film Freeway by December 1st: https://filmfreeway.com/CosmicRaysFilmFestival Best regards Sabine Gruffat Co-director Cosmic Rays ___ FrameWorks mailing list FrameWorks@jonasmekasfilms.com https://mailman-mail5.webfaction.com/listinfo/frameworks
