1 cup all-purpose Flour
6 Eggs, slightly beaten, or equivalent Egg substitute
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt
Sweet Apple Slices **recipe follows**
Toasted sliced almonds, bananas, fresh or frozen berries, lemon wedges, 
or warm syrup

IN a large bowl, beat flour into eggs. Stir in milk, butter & salt. 
Pour into well-greased, cold 12-inch skillet or 2 (9inch) skillets. 
Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes until pancake is puffed & golden. Loosen 
pancake all the way around. Serve in skillet. Top with favorite topping.

Sweet Apple Slices
HEAT 1-2 tablespoons butter or margarine in medium skillet. Core & 
thinly slice 3 or 4 Cortland or McIntosh apples. Add to skillet & cook 
over medium heat about 7 minutes, or until apples are soft but hold 
their shape. Stir in 2 tablespoons firmly-packed brown sugar; cook 
another minute. Serve with pancake puff..
