[Bug 210800] hung process using ktrace with cloudabi

A commit references this bug:

Author: ed
Date: Fri Jul 8 20:09:22 UTC 2016
New revision: 302448
URL: https://svnweb.freebsd.org/changeset/base/302448

Log:
Don't forget to set sa->narg for CloudABI system calls.

It turns out that this value is not used within the system call code
under normal conditions, except when using tracing tools like ktrace.
If we forget to set this value, it is set to random garbage. This may
cause ktrace to hang indefinitely, making it impossible to kill.

  Reported by: Michael Plass
  PR: 210800
  MFC before: 11.0-RELEASE

Changes:
  head/sys/amd64/cloudabi64/cloudabi64_sysvec.c
  head/sys/arm64/cloudabi64/cloudabi64_sysvec.c

Hi,

The ERR=STALLED indicates a USB error. We expect 8-bytes, while the device only
send 6, and in addition STALLED. Is the device connected directly to the USB
port or through some kind of USB HUB? Can you try both ways and see if it
helps?

apt-get update works now

I haven't plugged all the holes in ptrace but the other issues I raised are
fixed.

You can close this issue. I'll upstream Linux updates when I upstream drm
updates or when I get Steam / widevine to work, which ever comes sooner.

Thank you, Allan! I was able to grab the updated zfsroot script and confirmed
your update does fix the existing RC5 image as BETA1 wasn't out. Sorry, I
didn't get you the debug info - I did not see the bug update until tonight.
