AHCI dvd woes

old problem on HP laptops. the workaround has been to go to the BIOS and switch 
from AHCI to IDE interface; but my BIOS doesn't support switching.

is anybody working on this?

missing us.dvorakr.kbd

us.dvorakr.kbd is missing from /usr/share/syscons/keymaps/


I found one on the web; but wonder if it's been fixed.

atheros ar 9285

did the atheros ar 9285 patch ever get committed anywhere? I can't find it.

It looks like mine isĀ  Atheros AR9285 MAC/BB Rev:2 AR5133. FreeBSD seems to see 
it; but it fails to connect with it.

Is anybody working on implementing the ath9k wireless driver?

Just curious. I have reserved a huge chunk of my hard drive on my laptop - in 
anticipation of FreeBSD supporting that device. Using a linux distro in the 
mean time.
