512MB.

I used snapshots install image from snapshots.jp.freebsd.org, and
installed on 3/8. And, I updated to now version on 3/11. There
are no problem while using 3/8 version.

Yes, I am making java/jdk14 and make world:-) (for heavy load). But,
even if I only made ja-openoffice, there was this problem.

Also, can you do 'sysctl vfs.read_max=0' and retest?

OK! But not good. But more robust. At least my machine don't freeze,
yet:-).

Thanks!

My machine uses non-ECC unbuffered DDR SDRAM(Transcend - Samsung
chips, this is not bulk memory:-). I already thinked memory
problem and checked memory (using Ram Stress Test like memtest86).
But according to result of 3 hours test, memory is OK.

I tested to make only ja-openoffice on single user mode. But there
is this problem... (T_T)

RAM speed setting! Ah, I don't test it yet. I'll change speed

I seted FastCommand: normal from ultra on `Configure SDRAM Timing by,
FastCommand'. More robust and reduce problem. I'll check other
parameter. I wounder if I'm sorry.? :-)
