While booting, just after the message:

faith0 XXX: driver didn't initialize queue mtx

panic: malloc(M_WAITOK) in interrupt context

DDB gives:

panic()
malloc()
exit1()
kthread_suspend()
ithd_loop()
fork_exit()
fork_trampoline()
