We created a the new network chapter with instructions to configure IPv4 and
IPv6.
I'm gonna close this PR and please check the new chapter.
If you find a section to improve about IPv6 please open another PR :)

Sorry grahamperrin@, but I do not know the answers to your questions. But I
believe that carlavilla@ (that I am adding to CC) might be helpful.

In case something such as .filename is undocumented, it would be great to make
a patch and finally document it somewhere.
