[Bug 204829] ipfw reset log deprechated

2015-11-26 Thread bugzilla-noreply
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=204829

Bug ID: 204829
   Summary: ipfw reset log deprechated
   Product: Documentation
   Version: Latest
  Hardware: Any
OS: Any
Status: New
  Severity: Affects Some People
  Priority: ---
 Component: Documentation
  Assignee: freebsd-doc@FreeBSD.org
  Reporter: c.brinkh...@t-online.de

https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/firewalls-ipfw.html
section 29.4.2. IPFW Rule Syntax
paragraph LOG_AMOUNT
says that the command to reset the ipfw log is "ipfw reset log"

The response is as below.
> ipfw: DEPRECATED: 'reset' matched 'resetlog' as a sub-string
> ipfw: invalid rule number ``log''

"ipfw resetlog" works with the response
> Logging counts reset.

Of course this is just a super-minor item.
