I think this bug should be closed, i am able to confirm that man 8 gptboot.efi
does exist as per the patch in it.

gptboot.efi(8) lives under stand/efi/gptboot/gptboot.efi.8
I do not know why it is not installed by default.

This needs a makefile patch, not a documentation patch.
