No make.conf, no src.conf, everything vanilla. Plain make install or
poudriere testport. The same error as from pkg-fallout.

Yes:

/usr/bin/strip:
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/emulators/qemu-sbruno/work/stage/usr/local/share/qemu/palcode-clipper:
 File format not recognized

# $FreeBSD: head/emulators/qemu-sbruno/Makefile 409112 2016-02-18 # 16:30:29Z
sbruno $

palcode-clipper is some kind of BIOS image, you probably don't want to
try to strip it.

% file ./work/qemu-bsd-user-cada59f/pc-bios/palcode-clipper
./work/qemu-bsd-user-cada59f/pc-bios/palcode-clipper: ELF 64-bit LSB
executable, Alpha (unofficial), version 1 (SYSV), statically linked, not
stripped

No you have not. I ask kindly again, never commit without testing, and
test on all supported FreeBSD versions.

As I remember I've already asked you to test your changes before

Also, your change is basically useless as stripped files are not
included in the plist:

Error: Orphaned: bin/ivshmem-server

This could be detected with poudriere testport as well.

There was breakage caused be textproc/fop update which was later
fixed. This one seems different, however I haven't had it in local
poudriere. Will try to reproduce. See PR 201007, maybe rolling
hyphenation version will fix this one. I've also once got out of memory
related failure on i386 (couldn't reproduce later, so I take it is
transient). Maybe we should roll fop update back still?
