Actually, I'm thinking about dropping support for fox12 :)

I'll DEPRECATE it and remove it in a few weeks. In the process, I'll
drop x11-toolkits/fxscintilla-fox12, x11-toolkits/ruby-fox12, and I'll
update editors/mondrian to use fox16. That should happen seemingly
painlessly :)
