Hi, After upgrading to the latest version of Jed from ports, Jed is now freezing when run from sh with the -c option:
$ sh -c jed loading /usr/local/lib/jed/lib/emacs.sl I had to open another terminal and kill -9 the process. $ jed --version jed version: 0.99.19/Unix Compiled with GNU C 4.2 S-Lang version: 2.2.2 jed compile-time options: +LINE_ATTRIBUTES +BUFFER_LOCAL_VARS +SAVE_NARROW +TTY_MENUS +EMACS_LOCKING +MULTICLICK +SUBPROCESSES +DFA_SYNTAX +ABBREVS +COLOR_COLUMNS +LINE_MARKS -GPM_MOUSE +IMPORT Using JED_ROOT=/usr/local/lib/jed $ uname -a FreeBSD blizzard.phoenix 7.2-RELEASE-p4 FreeBSD 7.2-RELEASE-p4 #0: Fri Oct 2 12:21:39 UTC 2009 r...@i386-builder.daemonology.net:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386 Downgrading to jed-0.99.18_3 (but with libslang2-2.2.2 still installed) and the fault goes away.
