Dell PowerEdge 600SC

Hi, i was wondering how to get freebsd to install on my server machine. 
Every time i attempt to boot it does the driver thing and gets hung on ata2: 
restarting devices...

What version are you trying to install?  I had 4.8 running with no 
problem on the 600SC last year before donating it.  There were some 
notes about the chipset, but it wasn't associated with the third IDE 
bus that I recall...
