Make sure your /boot/loader.conf does't point to /kernel for the kernel location. The kernel in 5.X versions is /boot/kernel/kernel. Your /boot/loader.conf file should, minimally, include: userconfig_script_load="YES" bootfile="/boot/kernel/kernel" - Giorgos To Unsubscribe: send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
Problem with kernel rebuit
Hello! I have 5.0 Release and I reconfigured my kernel for sound card. Everything was going fine, no errors, but my new kernel doesn't loaded. What should I do? Thanks! -- Iulian Dumbrava ROMTELECOM.
