Thanks for the response!
OK, I tried this again using a new vmcore and got something more useful:
Unread portion of the kernel message buffer:
sis0: discard frame w/o packet header
Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode
cpuid = 0; apic id = 00
fault virtual address = 0xbfc04000
fault code = supervisor read, page not present
instruction pointer = 0x20:0xc0a31f3a
stack pointer = 0x28:0xe3fbbbd4
frame pointer = 0x28:0xe3fbbc14
code segment= base 0x0, limit 0xf, type 0x1b
= DPL 0, pres 1, def32 1, gran 1
processor eflags= interrupt enabled, resume, IOPL = 0
current process = 34 (irq19: sis0)
trap number = 12
panic: page fault
cpuid = 0

The network card is being detected as an SiS 900:

Has anyone had any good experiences with this chipset? I can find a few
people with similar problems dating back to 2002, but none recently. It's
on the supported hardware list. Any ideas as to a fix or workaround?
Thanks,
Mark
