cvs tag for 5.4-BETA1 ?

What cvs tag should I be using to be working at 5.4-BETA1?
tag=RELENG_5 ?
..thanks :)
When I last cvsup'd and build world/kernel it still showed 5.4-PRERELEASE
so I wanted to make sure.
