Where I'am find some line config for adding more virtual for ex:
ALT + F1 until F12 maybe..?

Not quite what you are looking for but install screen from the ports
collections as this allows mutiple windows within 1 login session

Edit /etc/ttys and add more Virtual Terminal lines.  This will give you
a login on all 12 function keys:

# Virtual terminals
ttyv1   /usr/libexec/getty Pc cons25  on  secure
ttyv2   /usr/libexec/getty Pc cons25  on  secure
ttyv3   /usr/libexec/getty Pc cons25  on  secure
ttyv4   /usr/libexec/getty Pc cons25  on  secure
ttyv5   /usr/libexec/getty Pc cons25  on  secure
ttyv6   /usr/libexec/getty Pc cons25  on  secure
ttyv7   /usr/libexec/getty Pc cons25  on  secure
